These Terms govern use of the Contractor Lead Rescue website and services.

1. Website and Services

You may use this website for lawful business purposes. Specific services, pricing, and deliverables require a separate agreement. Results are not guaranteed and may depend on third-party platforms.

2. SMS Program Terms

Contractor Lead Rescue sends informational and transactional SMS messages related to inquiries, missed-call follow-up, roof inspection scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, and requested service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out at any time, text STOP. For help, text HELP or contact john@contractorleadrescue.net. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS participation is available only to individuals 18 years of age or older. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

3. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

4. Payment, Renewal, and 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Contractor Lead Rescue charges $197 at signup and monthly thereafter. The first 14 days are covered by a money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase, we will refund $148 of the initial payment. The remaining $49 is nonrefundable and covers activation, messaging registration, configuration, and setup. After the initial payment, the subscription renews at $197 per month until canceled. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not retroactively refund prior monthly charges, except as expressly stated in the 14-day money-back guarantee.

To the extent permitted by law, Contractor Lead Rescue is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages from website use, messaging delays, or third-party platform failures.
